CCA is the merchant and investment banking arm of the CCA Group of companies. CCA was formed by a group of senior professionals with extensive experience in the structured finance market to provide advisory services and principal investment in the sector. The mainstay of our business is pursuing an asset-centric approach to creating value and investment opportunities with the fixed assets of both issuers and investors.
CCA has three primary business services;
(i) advisory services for large institutional investors
(ii) syndication/divestiture strategies and services
(iii) merchant banking activities
Our strength is the ability to combine our expertise in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions with the ability to execute complex transactions and provide added value to our clients. Given the depth of our team, we have the capacity to provide multiple layers of support to complement our institutional investors’ investment objectives.
