The Company provides consulting services for its clients on specific projects, as well as under more broadly defined plans. Given CCA’s vast experience, clients seek advice and support over a cross section of disciplines that they may not have under their employ.
The Company has the flexibility to develop service plans that fit the client’s needs and does not attempt to provide unneeded billable services. A sampling of the consulting arrangements that CCA has performed are listed below:
- Provided economic and accounting analysis to clients to determine provisional accounting for structured products
- Assisted in the restructuring of existing lease contracts with distressed issuers to accommodate global restructuring on issuer’s overall indebtedness
- Evaluated exit strategies for distressed assets to determine best loss mitigation proposals and determine reserve qualifications and market liquidity
- Provided valuations on illiquid investments for clients by developing market analysis on analogous products
