Principal Investing
CCA invests strategically in various markets to exploit opportunities that provide long term benefits to the firm and its clients. The Company targets high yielding investments that lead to greater growth opportunities within the enterprise’s business lines that may also generate additional income or upside.
The Company invests its capital in a variety of areas, including:
- Project Finance: Independent power assets, distressed debt, renewable energy, energy services
- Middle Market Finance: Secured asset portfolios, distressed debt, mezzanine debt, equity investment in start-up finance companies
- Real Estate: Remainderman interests, ground lessor positions
The Company also invests in transportation and manufacturing assets in certain circumstances on an opportunistic basis.
